Terms of Use of AgeMaster

1. Who We Are

The AgeMaster application and services are provided by VERUM CLINICAL EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria with UIC: 175329174.

These Terms of Use set out the conditions under which you may use the services provided by AgeMaster through the AgeMaster applications.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Application. By using the Application, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Application.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, available at:

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below:

  • Account means a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of it.

  • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest, or other securities entitled to vote for directors or other governing authority.

  • Application refers to AgeMaster, the software application provided by the Company.

  • Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to VERUM CLINICAL EOOD, Sofia, Bulgaria, UIC: 175329174.

  • Country refers to: Bulgaria.

  • Device means any device capable of accessing the Service, such as a computer, mobile phone, or digital tablet.

  • Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.

  • Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company.

  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure (for example, the duration of a page visit).

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using the Service.

  • Third-Party Content means any content uploaded to the Application by another user who is not You.

  • Service / Services means the services provided by AgeMaster through the Application that allow you to track, manage, and share information related to your health and age.

3. How We Will Communicate

We will mainly communicate with you by sending notifications to your device.

We may also contact you by email using the information provided when creating your Account. You must notify us as soon as possible if any of your contact details change.

4. Your Account

To create an Account, you must be at least 18 years old.

You may use the Application only for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless AgeMaster has given prior written consent.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your Account and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate your Account if the information provided is inaccurate or outdated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account details, including passwords. You authorize us to act on instructions received through your Account, and we will not be liable for losses resulting from such actions.

You must contact us immediately if you believe your Account has been compromised.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, even if performed by another person.

5. Our Services

After creating an Account, you may access the Services as follows:

  • Free access, which allows you to view part of the information related to your health and age;

  • Paid services, available via subscription through the Application, subject to payment of applicable fees.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all new features or services are subject to these Terms.

6. Subscriptions

Depending on availability, you may purchase paid services as monthly or annual subscriptions (“Subscription”).

Payment

  • Subscription fees are payable in full in advance.

  • A 14-day free trial may be available.

  • We do not store payment information. Payments are managed by Apple / Android.

  • Subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, subject to Apple/Android payment policies.

Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription via your device’s subscription settings.
No prorated refunds are available. You will retain access until the end of the paid period unless you delete the Application.

7. Acceptable Use Rules

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Application.

All intellectual property in the Application belongs to us or our licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the Application without prior written consent.

You must not:

  • Interfere with security features;

  • Allow unauthorized use of your Account;

  • Use the Application unlawfully;

  • Upload illegal, harmful, offensive, or hateful content;

  • Hack, disrupt, or introduce malware;

  • Use automated systems to access the Application excessively.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.

8. Your Content

You may upload content such as photos or documents (“Your Content”).

These Terms do not grant us ownership of Your Content, except as necessary to provide the Services.

We are not responsible for Your Content or third-party content and may remove content at our discretion.

9. No Medical Advice

The Services are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You must consult a qualified medical professional before taking actions affecting your health.

10. Warranties

The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Use of the Application is at your own risk.

11. Your Privacy

We collect personal data to provide the Services.

12. Termination by Us

We may close free accounts with one month’s notice.

Paid accounts may be terminated immediately for violations, non-payment, illegal activity, or security concerns.

13. Our Liability

We are not liable for unforeseeable losses.

Refunds for defective applications are governed by Apple/Android policies.

14. Technical Issues

We are not responsible for failures caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

15. Application Updates

We may automatically update the Application.
Failure to install updates may result in loss of access.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and notify you when required. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

17. Viruses

We do not guarantee that the Application is free of harmful components and are not liable for resulting damages.

18. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for third-party websites or their privacy practices.

19. Apple / Google App Store Requirements

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google.
Apple/Google are not responsible for the Application or related claims.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without affecting mandatory consumer rights.

21. Complaints

Please contact support@agemaster.ai first to resolve disputes informally.
If unresolved, mediation or arbitration may be offered.
