  • This Privacy Policy describes how VERUM CLINICAL EOOD, 25B Chavdar Mutafov str., Sofia 1000, Bulgaria (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) collects, uses, processes, and protects personal information when you use the AgeMaster Android application (“Application”).

    1. Information We Collect

    1.1 Personal Data

    We may collect:

    • Email address
    • First and last name (if provided)
    • Account identifiers necessary to maintain login sessions

    1.2 Usage and Device Data

    We automatically collect certain device and usage information, including device model, operating system version, IP address, application version, diagnostic logs, and feature usage events.

    1.3 Health Data (Health Connect)

    The Application may access certain health-related data through Android Health Connect only after explicit user authorization.

    Authorized health data types include:

    • Steps
    • Heart rate
    • Resting heart rate
    • Heart rate variability (HRV)
    • Sleep
    • Active calories burned
    • Total calories burned
    • VO₂ Max

    Health data is used solely to generate in-app visualizations, long-term trends, recovery metrics, and personalized health insights. The Application does not write, modify, or delete Health Connect records.

    1. Google Play Health Connect Compliance

    We access Health Connect data strictly in accordance with Google Play policies.

    • Access is granted only after explicit user consent.
    • We request only the minimum data necessary for user-facing functionality.
    • Health data is not used for advertising or marketing profiling.
    • Health data is never sold or shared with data brokers.
    • Health data is not used for cross-app tracking.

    Users may revoke Health Connect permissions at any time via device settings.

    1. Background and Historical Access

    If enabled by the user, the Application may access historical and background health data to maintain up-to-date charts and long-term health trends. Background access can be revoked at any time.

    1. Data Minimization

    We are committed to collecting and processing only the minimum personal and health data necessary to deliver the Application’s core functionality.

    1. Third-Party Services

    The Application uses the following service providers for operational purposes:

    • Terra SDK – Health Connect integration and secure synchronization of authorized data
    • Airbrake – Error monitoring and crash diagnostics (device/app information, error logs)
    • PostHog – Product analytics and feature usage insights (usage events, device information)
    • Firebase Analytics – Application analytics (device identifiers, usage events)

    These providers process data under contractual confidentiality obligations. Health data is not shared with advertising networks.

    1. Data Retention

    Personal and authorized health data are retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, data is permanently deleted within 30 days unless legally required otherwise.

    1. Your Rights

    You may:

    • Withdraw Health Connect permissions at any time
    • Request access, correction, or deletion of your data
    • Request data export by contacting support@agemaster.ai
    1. Security

    We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal data, including secure server infrastructure and encryption in transit where applicable.

    1. Children’s Privacy

    The Application is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
